Same issue on me. When temperature is low pump starting to make a noise like this and water is not circulating. İ only can use at high temperatures. When temperature limit is high pump stopping making sound

Hello in 2024 folks ...🎉 Ok .....same problem ...mine solved by following daver1632..👍 Cheers mate . Took that joined wire off pcb, then split it and put the flame sensor connector back in. Boiler running normally again ... Saved £1k in replacing boiler ...🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Try: Turing off main switch of boiler and then close water inlet to boiler Wait 2 min Now turn on water supply and then turn on main switch. Push red button (Lock out reset button) Good luck 👍

MT10 Timer on worcester/greenstar 28i are just a rubbish clock. Always breaking down. Worcester should replace every single one as there are known faults with them.
